Temp Business Analyst 

Pay Range: $44.93 - $59.02/hr

Onsite Role in Sleepy Hollow, NY

12 Month Contract

Regeneron is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the operations function. This position requires strong analytical skills, process mapping and documentation expertise, familiarity with enterprise systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

This is an on-site role that will require 4 days in the office per week.

A typical day might include the following:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Document functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance and key indicators.
• Develop and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment of processes with broader business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Communicate key insights, findings, and the results of your efforts to management and cross-functional team members.

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience ideally in a science or research driven environment. We need someone who has an analytical mind and can quickly understand data processes within a large ERP financial system such as Oracle, SAP or Workday.  We are looking for a problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. This person must have fluency with Microsoft desktop apps such as Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.  Familiarity with continuous process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma will be a major advantage.
