Temp Business Analyst/Project Administrator
Pay Range: $65.38 - $87.20/hr
Remote Role (US Only)
12 Month Contract
Summary:
The Business Analyst/Project Administrator will have primary responsibility to partner with HR Operations and Solutions leadership in support of the HR Op Model work stream to migrate transactional activities into the global HR Operations and Solutions function. This role is responsible for business analysts’ functions of coordinating, facilitating and performing activities to evaluate, then document, designated business processes and specified transactional activities within those business processes, as well as managing project administrative tasks, and supporting any change management activities.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Scheduling, coordinating and facilitating process evaluation/validation sessions with appropriate contributors
- Analyzing and documenting designated business processes and correlated transactional activities within those business processes using standard process mapping techniques and creating respective detailed process narratives.
- Assisting with the development of future-state processes to
- Documenting and tracking necessary project administration activities to effectively manage and deliver the completion of project/work initiative.
- Collaborating to support any change management activities, when necessary.
- Collaborating to support any the construction and delivery of any training-related activities, when necessary
Typical activities also include:
- Preparing recurring update materials for senior leadership review
- Participating in all appropriate working sessions and review sessions
- Making all work product deliverables/documentation available in a timely manner
Education and Experience Requirements include:
Preferred Skills
- 5-7 years in business process optimization or transformation activities, or similar experience
- Minimum MA/MS in either Human Resource Management or IT Services Management
- PMP Certified
Required Skills
- 3-5 years in business process optimization or transformation activities, or similar experience
- Minimum BA/BS in either Human Resource Management or IT Services Management
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels within an organization
- Strong analytical skills plus proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems that impact business outcomes
- Strong group facilitation skills when working with diverse, cross-functional contributors
- Strong interpretation skills during investigative work sessions
- Strong writing and presentation preparation and delivery skills
- Strong business process documentation skills, including process mapping and process narrative construction
- Proven ability to create, administer and track project related tasks and deliverables
- Working knowledge of change management disciplines and techniques
