Temp Exhibits and Sponsorship Specialist

Pay Range: $28.57 - $37.08/hr

Remote Role

12 Month Contract 

The Temp Exhibits and Sponsorships Specialist is responsible for providing proactive support to Regeneron's Exhibits and Sponsorships team. Specifically, the person in this position assists by providing tactical day-to-day support, including, but not limited to, request submission and review, vendor setups and edits, payment processing, ABAC and reporting in support of Commercial requests for funding.

A typical day may include the following:

• Serve as support to one or more Commercial Exhibit and Sponsorship leads.
• Support the Exhibits and Sponsorships review process ensuring appropriate documentation has been provided by each requesting body, and successful review of all relevant opportunities has been completed
• Assist with reporting, reconciliation and close out of all requests
• Coordinate the Exhibit and Sponsorship vendor, payment, ABAC and reporting processes for Commercial
• Manage weekly reminders to requestors and reviewers
• Prepare required reports
• Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations that relate to Company-sponsored events and thereby actively contribute to Regeneron’s continued compliance with same.
• Support new initiatives and ad hoc projects, as necessary.

To be considered, you have:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, or similar.
• Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills and operational experience.
• Experience using exhibit/event and grant portal systems is preferred.
• Strong excel skills.
