Description:

Temp HR Generalist

Pay Range: $31-$41/hr

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and client groups, providing comprehensive support on various human resources matters. You will manage employee relations, facilitate HR programs, and drive process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

 

A typical day might include the following:

  • Partner with HRBPs to provide day-to-day support to client groups, addressing employee and manager concerns with a broad understanding of HR practices. Escalate complex or critical issues to HRBPs as needed.
  • Conduct intake meetings for employee concerns or complaints, summarize notes, and collaborate with HRBPs on action plans. Provide guidance on routine performance and misconduct issues.
  • Facilitate the accommodation process, including intake calls, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Act as a liaison for LOA-related matters, directing employees to informational resources and assisting with escalations.
  • Investigate payroll errors, complete reconciliation templates, and develop expertise in hourly pay policies.
  • Run various reports, summarize data, maintain trackers/logs, and develop metrics for HRBPs and client groups.
  • Assist with employee surveys, pulse meetings, exit interviews, and related initiatives.
  • Contribute to developing and standardizing HR processes, documenting procedures, and implementing improvements.
  • Build relationships with client groups, represent the HRBP team at cross-functional meetings, and collaborate closely with HR colleagues.

 

To be considered, you must have the following:

  • Generalist: Requires a BS/BA in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Senior Generalist: Requires a BS/BA in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
