Temp Logistics Associate

Pay Range: $22.95 - $33.69/hr

Onsite Role in Tarrytown, NY

6 Month Contract

seeking a Logistics Associate for a 6 month contract to work with our Logistics group to receive and deliver packages.

A day in the life of a Logistics Associate may include the following responsibilities:

• Delivers packages to end-users.  
• Load and unloads delivery trucks.
• Provides support for Regeneron Facilities Requests from end users.
• Scan all incoming packages into daily scan log.
• Responsible for collection of confidential material for shredding 
• Responsible for scanning packing slips, etc into Onbase application for tracking.
• Provides excellent customer service to the Regeneron community.
• Maintains coffee machines and water coolers.
• Responsible for kitchen supplies.
• Responsible for picking up and shipping out of all returns from end-users.
• Assist Logistics Manager with other duties as needed.
• Enters orders and matches arrivals into Oracle database.
• Notifies the Environmental Health and Safety department of all incoming radioactive material.

• Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite Applications- namely Outlook emails

• Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills, able to prioritize projects
• Able to work office-based hours with flexibility to work extra hours as sometimes required
• Team player with excellent customer service skills and positive attitude. Able to respond to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner
• Operate Fork Lift
• Operate Power Jack
• Familiarity with UPS & Fed Ex systems
