Temp Sr HR OPs Coordinator 

Pay Range: $34.46 - $48.80/hr

Summary:  Responsible for the administration of HR processes, with an emphasis on HR transaction processing including HR data entry, workflow monitoring and approvals, other transactions in HR systems and HR process-related document collection, review and approval. Position is also responsible for providing front line HR support to company employees and responding to HR inquiries ranging from simple questions to complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responds effectively, accurately and consistently to internal HR, employee and manager inquiries related to pre-onboarding, onboarding, status changes and off-boarding through shared mailboxes, phone, email, walk-ups, etc.

Enters employee data in HRIS system for pre-onboarding, onboarding, status changes and off boarding lifecycles.

Files personnel documents electronically via EDM (Electronic Data Management – E-File System).

Liaises with Talent Acquisition team to ensure candidate paperwork is completed.

Processes and validates employee referral program submissions.

Manages various validation processes related to self-service transactions such as name changes and education.

Provides input in the preparation and updating of procedural documents and training guides.

Generates reports as needed from applicable HR systems.

Meets SLA requirements and responds effectively to requests in a timely and accurate manner; knows when to escalate problems effectively as needed.

Collaborates with colleagues in other departments to identify areas where improvements can be made.

Responds to less-routine HR queries relating to multiple areas of HR that require knowledge of processes and policies.

Accesses other applications including: I-9 and E-Verify, Applicant Tracking System, Background Checks, Electronic Document Management E-File, etc.

Uses various tools (V-Look Ups, Web ADI Tool, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and streamline.

 

Education and Experience: 

Requires BS/BA degree and 2 years of experience in an administrative related role, including experience in HR records and data management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to process large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.

Adheres to processes and work instructions as they pertain to each system. 

Ability to establish, build and maintain positive working relationships and collaborative partnerships with members of the HR function and other internal/external partners.

Must possess strong aptitude for learning systems and following processes.

Ability to effectively write and verbally interact with employees and team.

Ability to prioritize work with sense of urgency.

Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred.

Expertise and experience in other human resources functions is a plus.
