Regeneron is seeking a highly motivated Temp-Senior Associate Scientist to join the Aging/Age-Related Disorders therapeutic focus area. In this role, you will contribute to target discovery and validation work in the area of skin biology. We hope you are excited to learn techniques to help contribute mechanistic insight into to ongoing therapeutic programs.
As a Temp-Senior Associate Scientist, a typical day might include:
Culturing primary skin keratinocytes and other skin-related cells
Performing luminescence-based bioassays for various signaling pathways
Running a variety of end point molecular biology assays such as western blot, qPCR, immunofluorescence assays
Maintaining detailed electronic laboratory records
Communicating results clearly to internal stakeholders (managers, peers, etc.)
This role may be for you if you have:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and imaging software
In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least a BS/MS degree in biology, genetics, or related field and 3+ years of relevant research experience. Must have experience using in vitro techniques including cell culture, Western blots, PCR, etc. Experience working with skin related cells is strongly preferred.
