Temp Associate Manager, Research Program Management
Pay Range: $57.69 - $67.31/hr
Onsite Role in Tarrytown, NY
12 Month Contract
Using prior project, process, and database systems experience, this individual will provide operational guidance and drive key deliverables for cross-functional teams. Using scientific expertise in antibody drug development, this person will plan and coordinate the operational aspects of projects to facilitate their evolution through the project life cycle. This role is onsite at our Tarrytown, NY campus.
In this role, a typical day may include:
Teams: Liaise between functional areas to facilitate project planning. Facilitate the development, maintenance and execution of proposed research studies and ensures alignment across functional areas
Planning & Tracking: Provide team support including meeting logistics, as well as creation & usage of templates, tracking and monitoring tools
Communication: Supports cross-functional teams and leads program deliverables in a matrix organization
Drug Development: Identify and understand key data / information required to drive decision & next steps through discovery and drug development process
Process: With minimal input from others, follow established processes and demonstrate good judgement to make quality and timely decisions of limited scope and complexity
Problem solving: Identify and work with teams to resolve critical gaps, risks or issues, as related to assigned programs, projects and tasks

To be considered for this role, you must have a BS or MS in a related field and typically 6+ years of project/process/system management experience. We are seeking an individual who can balance multiple projects and priorities with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
