Position - Temp Senior Associate Scientist
Pay Range - $49.41/hr - $57.09/hr
Location - Tarrytown, NY
Duration - 3 Months

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Temp- Senior Associate Scientist to join our dynamic Immuno-Oncology team dedicated to advancing cancer treatment through innovative immunotherapy solutions. Despite significant advancements, cancer remains a formidable global health challenge. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge therapies to those most in need. You will validate novel therapeutic antibodies, collaborating closely with various departments across the company to drive impactful research.

As a Temp-Senior Associate Scientist, a typical day might include:

Organizing and conducting studies, including cell culture, tumor implantation and dosing of animal models

Measuring tumor growth and utilizing a range of assays, such as flow cytometry and cytokine ELISAs/MSD, to elucidate mechanisms of action

Adapting and refining experimental designs in response to emerging data and troubleshoot as necessary

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least a BS/MS in Oncology, Immunology, Immuno-oncology, or related field and 3-5+ years of relevant experience. Must have experience with in-vivo tumor models, including mouse handling, tumor cell implantation, and tissue dissection. Experience in the growth and maintenance of human tumor cell lines is required. Familiarity with immunoassay techniques (e.g., ELISAs, Mesoscale, and cell purification) is preferred. Experience with multi-parameter FACS and analysis is advantageous. Competence in standard scientific software for data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Prism) as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
