Temp Leave of Absence / Benefits Coordinator

Pay Range: $26.91 - $29.65/hr

Onsite Role in Rensselaer, NY

12 Month Contract

The Temp Leave of Absence / Benefits Coordinator oversees onsite events including biometric screenings and flu shot clinics: There are 23 biometric screening events planned beginning in March. This requires booking rooms in all of the locations; coordinating facilities for screens and tables; drafting and updating communications and knowledge articles, and being present at the actual events.  In Rensselaer, two people are needed at each event since there needs to be coverage for the registration and to chaperone the nurses to/from restrooms, cafeteria, etc. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• HR4U tier 2 triage – helping answer question and follow-up on escalations that come to the benefits queue
• Supporting completion of benefits wrap document
• Working on additional eGuides and roadmaps
• Building out the current metrics tracking and dashboard reporting
• Assisting in auditing payroll and submitting templates

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

This is a contract position at Regeneron with Magnit Global being the Employer.
