Temp Administration & Conferencing Assistant 

Pay Range: $26.53 - $34.70/hr

Onsite Role in Tarrytown, NY

12 Month Contract 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Answer, screen, and forward any internal and external phone calls on the main switchboard, conference room line, and help desk

Provide back-up coverage for the Reception team

Conference room reservation approvals

Schedule the coordination of conference room configurations

Supports REWS team members with various tasks as needed

Provides general facilities assistance and support services throughout the site

Maintains customer service standards

Available for emergency response
 

To be considered for the role you must have an Associates degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.

This is a contract position at Regeneron with Magnit Global being the Employer.
