Position - Temp - Senior Learning & Leadership Development Coordinator
Pay Range - $32.34/hr - $49.06/hr
Location - Sleepy Hollow, NY
Duration - 12 months
Summary: Collaborates with senior Learning & Leadership Development team members to deliver learning solutions that provide the core knowledge and skills necessary for strategic business growth and support of the Regeneron Way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collaborates with internal customers and external subject matter experts to support professional development and leadership training courses.
Coordinates registration, pre-work, post-class assessments, and assistance with production of web based trainings for global team.
Maintains learning management system administration, tracking, and metrics as a system administrator to support both Learning & Leadership team along with local business units.
Ensures the learning management system is up-to-date with the latest content, user data, and system updates, and troubleshoots any technical issues that arise.
Assists with management of vendor relationships.
Coordinates learning activities both on and off-site.
Communicates and markets internal training programs and resources.
Coordinates program surveys and assists with global analysis of program efficacy.
Together with leadership team assists with content management, slide design, and updates adHoc.
Builds relationships that foster the Regeneron culture.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or similar.
Effective communications skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues.
Can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably.
Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
Strong client-service and results orientation.
Proven experience with Learning Management System administration required.
Experience in developing LMS reports and analytics to measure training effectiveness and user engagement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required (including expert Excel experience).
