Temp HR Documentation Specialist 

Pay Range: $31.25 - $40.87/hr

Onsite Role in Rensselaer, NY

12 Month Contract

As a Knowledge/Documentation Specialist you’ll provide a seamless customer experience to Regeneron’s employees and the broader Human Resources community by supporting the HR4U Knowledge and Documentation function.  You will be a key contributor to the success of employee self service and continuous improvement of the HR4U portal.  You’ll meet all expected service levels by maintaining the knowledge library, meeting performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction within guidelines of all local laws and regulations.

As a Documentation Specialist, a typical day might include the following:

  • Manage knowledge library and prioritize content requests using location specific laws and regulations 

  • Analyze the effectiveness of the knowledge management program via metrics and evaluate impact (C.O.D.E. meeting metrics ownership) 

  • Facilitate HR4U "Missing Information" meeting and leads team to prioritize Content requests to reduce escalations 

  • Responsible for ensuring all CCS's are updated to reflect updated content; mission critical function 

  • Final approver on Call Center Scripts 

  • Review Monthly Feedback queue and provide responses as necessary, and implement changes to documentation based upon customer feedback 

  • Investigate any areas of issue and figuring out methods to resolve problems 

  • Uphold HR4U Tier 0 governance process 

  • Participate as SME to OPEX projects that require HR4U Documentation Support 

  • Relay opportunities for improvement of daily processes and assisting in the implementation of these initiatives  

  • Perform other tasks as assigned 

This role might be for you if you have a:

  • Strong business acumen  

  • Exemplary customer service skills. 

  • Adaptable to swift program changes, developing the skills in proactive critical thinking and problem-solving 

  • Computer literacy, including but not limited to working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products 

  • HCM/HRIS knowledge preferred 

  • Familiarity with customer service tools, systems, and methodologies preferred 

  • HTML Coding strongly preferred 

  • Report management and interpretation preferred 

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

Bachelors Degree in related field, and 2 years of minimum experience.
