Learning Facilitator
Pay Range: $31.30 - $41.20/hr
Onsite Role in Rensselaer, NY
12 Month Contract
The Talent Development Learning Facilitator will work independently and collaboratively within the Talent Development team to help prepare, coordinate, and deliver workshops for a global employee audience. Candidate will ensure training programs are delivered in a way that helps employees develop their skills and fosters career advancement. This position will be 35-40 hours per week and require flexibility for various shift needs. The selected candidate will also collaborate with internal Talent Development team members to support the overall performance management agenda and promote the company’s core values, known as The Regeneron Way.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Education or related field is required.
You must also have 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following HR subdisciplines: Learning and Development, Professional Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development and HR Business Partnering. Expertise in leadership and management training, with a willingness to partner and collaborate with a global audience.EQ 2.0, Gallup StrengthFinder, 5 Dyanmics, DiSC, and MBTI certification a plus.
