R25630 Temp Sr HR Operations Coordinator

Pay Rate: $35 - $42

This is a temporary role within our HR Operations Team. We are looking for someone who would be responsible for the initiating, auditing, correcting and troubleshooting of employee data into Workday and Oracle. You would ensure the quality, integrity and quick resolution of issues within HR Operations, ensuring the consistency and quality of employee core data entry, day to day operational transactions for Workday, ServiceNow, and other systems used within the HR Operations team.

This is a contract hybrid role which will require 3 days in office at our Sleepy Hollow location.

A typical day might include:

  • Working with key stakeholder groups such as payroll and IT to resolve issues, identify solutions to problems and implement those solutions
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities by increasing efficiency, automation and reducing errors
  • Responding effectively, accurately, and consistently to internal HR, employee and manager inquiries related to pre-onboarding, onboarding, status changes and off-boarding
  • Assisting in onboarding, documentation collection and i9 processing
  • Take direction and carry out activities as directed by Manager HR Ops as it relates to issues such as mass uploads of employee data, communications, and onboarding activities
  • Manages workload and assignments, auditing the processes, identifying, and correcting errors, aiding in problem solving.

This role might be for you if you:

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of HR applications and HR information systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge in i9 processing and compliance
  • Ability to communicate business requirements to IT as well as provide guidance and solutions to internal client/business owners
  • Strong competency required with MS Office software suite including Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to independently lead small to mid-size continuous improvement project

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree (required). 3+ years of progressive experience with business operations and/or HR systems and proven experience within one or more HR operational functions.
